Ice Cream and Ice Lolly Syns | Slimming World Sunday
Well those two weeks have been a bit toasty hot, haven’t they? Although the first week was much hotter for those down south than up here in Scotland. My pale skin wouldn’t have been able to cope with the 39°c temperatures and I would have fried like bacon! Mmmmmm bacon! I don’t know about you but when it’s hot I really don’t feel like eating much or cooking so I just end up snacking on things. Which is bad when you are on Slimming World as a lot of snacky things are high in syns. Something else I ate a lot of was ice lollies. Anything to cool down. And note that I said “ate” and not “stick them up my lady bits” like it’s been reported!! I mean why would you even think of doing that?! Anyway moving on….. I thought I would do a post on ice cream and ice lolly syns. It’s always good to know what they are before buying them.
