Hello…….I’m back! I hadn’t fallen off the face of the Planet, I just took some time off of blogging as had some stuff going on but now I’m back and raring to go :)!
I’ve just started a new job where my hours are 8am-1pm so I am hoping that this makes me more organised in meal planning/cooking meals and being less reliant on takeaways and ready meals. I find it easier to meal plan Friday-Thursday as Friday is the day that I go shopping, so some of my meals will already been made and eaten by the time I post on a Monday.
Friday – Shopping was delivered at 6pm so had Fish & Chips from the Chip Shop as couldn’t be bothered to cook.
Saturday – Out for an early dinner to La Tasca for Mr M’s birthday which was earlier in the week. And also some cocktails too.
Sunday – Lemon & Garlic Roast Chicken with Croquette Potatoes & Veg
Monday – Chicken Fajitas
Tuesday – Chicken & Leek Pie (made with the chicken leftovers) & Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday – Roasted Pork Belly Slices & Veg
Thursday – Tacos
