Well the observant among you will probably notice that this Slimming World Sunday post has been published on a Monday! I was so busy yesterday that I never had time to write up a meal plan or this post. Instead I am writing this at 6am before I get ready to go to work!
How did you do last week on Slimming World? Are you finding the diet easy to follow? I lost 1.5lbs last week which I’m happy with. Sadly I am not one of those lucky people that lose a lot in the first week but as long as I exercise along with following Slimming World I do consistently lose 1-2lbs a week.
I found some really good dance exercises on YouTube. There was a Disney Dance Workout that I did on Wednesday then discovered Zumba Sulu on Thursday and I’ve used his workouts Thursday, Friday and Sunday. He has a 90s music one which I really enjoyed. Each workout has been around 25-30 minutes. I bought some 2kg weights on Saturday and yesterday found a 10 minute toning video to follow. Will let you know how I’ve found that next week.
This week’s meal plan is below if you want to follow it or use a few meals as ideas. Last week I made Chicken Noodle soup for lunch which was really tasty but I think I will do a vegetable one this week. I will also use less noodles. I put in 2 noodle nests and that was far too much! Lesson learned. I will either post the recipe on here or on my Instagram so look out for that one. It’s perfect for these cold winter days.
I tend to use my syns for snacks such as crisps and chocolate (still plenty of Christmas chocolate in this house) or sauces such as mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, etc. I don’t really drink milk so I eat 3 Babybel Light cheese for my Hex A.
