Every year I make up a small hamper for a few of my relatives with some homemade cookies, popcorn, crisps, chocolate along with some snowman soup for them to open and enjoy on Christmas Eve. If you aren’t sure what snowman soup is, it is a hot chocolate drink with marshmallows, chocolate and a candy cane. When it’s made up it is meant to look as though a snowman has melted in it. It is perfect for drinking on a cold winter’s night while snuggled up watching a Christmas movie. They are really easy to make and would make a fantastic stocking filler, to give to a work colleague along with a cute Christmas mug or even in a Christmas Eve box. Here’s How To Make Snowman Soup.
