Here we are in the last week of January, it’s been a long month and Christmas seems an age ago! My diet is going ok, not lost as much weight as I had hoped but that’s ok. If you started a diet at New Year how is it going? Or has it been long forgotten about?

This sounds great! I feel like I should follow your lead and make myself a little meal plan for the week, I never know what to cook, and these don't sound like super difficult dishes either. It's just getting prepared to have the right ingredients ready!

The concept of meal planning is easy however putting it into practice is a bit more difficult, I was late home tonight so had to go out & buy soup and sandwiches as couldn't be bothered cooking lol! It's supposed to help reduce food waste and your shopping bills but I've not made much progress.
