This Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli melts in your mouth, the flavour is amazing and it’s gluten free! Plus at less than 1 Syn per portion its almost Syn Free too! It is so easy to make, just chuck all the ingredients into the slow cooker and leave it to cook all day.
Slice your beef into thin strips and chop the onion.
Mix the soy sauce, white wine vinegar, minced ginger and garlic and stevia together in a bowl.
Put all of the above ingredients into the slow cooker and then add the beef stock.
Switch on slow cooker and leave to cook for 5 hours on a low setting.
30 minutes before end of cooking add 2 tablespoons of cornflour to a bowl or cup and mix with 4 tablespoons of the beef stock from the slow cooker. Make sure there are no lumps then pour it back into the slow cooker. This will thicken the sauce.
Steam your broccoli and boil and your rice.
Serve with the chopped spring onion.
