  • 165 g Raw King Prawns
  • 1 Tbsp Medium Curry Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 100 mls Vegetable Stock
  • 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper To Season
  • Chopped Fresh Coriander To Garnish
  • Frylight


  1. Spray a frying pan with Frylight and place on a low heat.

  2. Add the spices and cook for 60 seconds and then throw in the onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften.
  3. Add the garlic, stock, tomatoes and season well. Increase the heat to high and bring to the boil. Then reduce to a medium-low heat and cook for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Chuck in the prawns and cook for another 5 minutes or so until they’re pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve with the chopped coriander and rice
