Meal Planning Monday

21/10/2013

It’s Monday again, I hope you all had a good weekend. Weather was pretty crap this weekend so we cleared out our spare room as it became a dumping ground in the couple of years we lived here. We are hoping to decorate that room in the next few weeks, so I will be doing a post on the makeover  sometime in the future.

An easy week for meal planning this week as I’m out for dinner with my friend tonight and will be going to my Mum’s on Wednesday.

Monday
Out for dinner

Tuesday
Baked cod with roasted winter vegetables

Wednesday
At Mum’s

Thursday
Chicken/Vegetable fajitas

Friday
Shopping night so will pick up something in Sainsbury’s

Saturday
Meatballs & Pasta

Sunday
Pork/Chicken with roast potatoes & veg

I’ve linked up to Mrs M’s blog for meal planning Monday, why not link up too and see what other people are eating this week?

I know, it's only going to get worse as well :(, gone are the last of the sunny, warm days. At least it means that Christmas isn't too far away :)!

You have a fab week too xx

Ooh cod, I'm craving fish! Thanks for linking up x

No problem :). Funny how you look at other meal plans & are reminded about a certain food someone was having fish cakes and that reminded me on my Granda's home made ones, haven't tasted any like them since 🙁 xx

  4. Mmmmm fajitas – I so need to make those in the next few weeks!

With fajitas it has to be Old El Paso fajita mix, havent tasted any as good as them. Haven't been brave enough to make my own in case it doesn't compare 🙂

I have that meal planner too! I did a little squeal when I saw it. How sad am I 😛

I love meal planning, and having the meal written down on the wall means the other half has no excuse not to start cooking when he's back from work before me!

Ha ha no you are not sad at all, if you like meal planning you can link up to Mrs M's blog on a Monday. I find that it gives me inspiration to see what every one else is eating, unfortunately I'm too lazy to make the tasty things that they are having :)!

Oooh do you love stationery too?

Your OH cooks?! Lucky you :). Mine would rather buy a takeaway than cook! xx
